So… You want to burn fat, get fitter, and stronger with a session that challenges your body in a different way each time?
You want to workout outside in the fresh air and not be limited to the gym? You like to push yourself to do more than you expected,whilst making friends and having fun?
Sessions are varied and challenging, and work you in different ways. Sometimes you will be working individually, sometimes in pairs, and some times in teams.
Sessions are 45mins long which includes a 10min warm up, 30min main session, and a 5min cool down.
They take place at The Pavillion in Cringleford on the playing field, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7pm.
